We are a locally owned salon in Tiffin, Ohio. We strive to make every client welcome and feel at home while providing outstanding expert hair and nail services.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. We charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-show or cancellations the day of or within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. We also require a non-refundable appointment retainer fee at the time booking for major services such as Special Occasion Styling, Hair Coloring, Highlights and/or Blonding. The retainer fee will be subtracted from your total service cost the day of your scheduled appointment.
